After spending his first few years as someone's devoted dog, Walter lost his home and his world when his person passed away. But luckily a caring family member stepped up and has offered to foster him while we work hard to find him a home. A handsome Basset Hound, he's a loving, protective companion. He needs to be somebody's best friend to be happy. Walter gives kisses on the fingers and wiggles his whole rear end when he sees a familiar friend. In good health, he enjoys being with a person and playing with stuffed toys and chews. He also loves to go on long walks or he will cuddle up with you in bed. Walter is neutered, and has some vaccines. He LOVES children, dogs and even cats (we have the pictures to prove it!)
